The DMG MORI NTX 1000 2nd Generation is a compact, high-precision mill-turn machining center engineered for the complete machining of complex, high-accuracy parts in a single setup. Part of DMG MORI’s NTX series, the second-generation NTX 1000 combines turning, 5-axis simultaneous milling, Y-axis milling, and dual-spindle capabilities into a compact footprint—making it an excellent solution for medical, aerospace, watchmaking, precision tooling, and high-end job shops.

It features a B-axis milling spindle with full 5-axis contouring capability, a powerful main and counter spindle, and a 12,000 rpm HSK-A63 milling spindle as standard (15,000 rpm optional). The machine’s compact footprint and ergonomic design are optimized for complex part production, including bar-fed automation, robotic part handling, and in-process measurement.
