The DMG MORI CTX beta 1250 TC is a high-end mill-turn center from the CTX TC (Turning Center) series, offering full 5-axis milling and high-performance turning in a single setup. The machine is designed for complex components that require multiple machining operations like turning, drilling, milling, and contouring — all done in one clamping, improving accuracy and reducing cycle time.
At the heart of the CTX beta 1250 TC is its turn-mill spindle, capable of 5-axis simultaneous machining with B-axis swivel functionality and live tools, combined with a powerful main spindle and optional counter spindle. The B-axis milling spindle replaces the traditional turret and enables contouring, angular drilling, gear milling, and 5-face machining.
The machine is equipped with CELOS technology and either Siemens 840D solutionline or Heidenhain CNC, depending on customer preference.
