This model is designed for precision machining of complex workpieces that require multi-surface access, angular features, and high-speed contouring — making it ideal for high-accuracy industries such as aerospace, medical, automotive, mold & die, and precision tooling. The horizontal spindle orientation allows for efficient chip evacuation, making it suitable for heavy-duty cutting and deep cavity machining in hard metals like titanium, Inconel, and stainless steel.
With its integrated rotary table, high-speed HSK-A63 or HSK-A100 spindle, and DMG MORI’s duoBLOCK® core technology, the DMC 65 H monoBLOCK enables highly dynamic, accurate, and productive 5-sided and simultaneous 5-axis machining.
